Itzbeth Menjívar

Itzbeth Menjívar (she/they) has been creating value through relationship-building for leaders and organizations in more than 30 countries for more than 20 years. She is the Founder & Chief Bridge-Builder of BridgePeople LLC, a boutique consulting firm working with global leaders to center the needs, voices, experiences, and wisdom of those most impacted by systemic racism, discrimination, and exclusion. Itzbeth partners with organizations interested in nurturing working environments and cultures that promote equity and a sense of belonging for ALL.

Itzbeth’s professional background includes management consulting experience with large corporate firms, as well as strategic and executive experience with international NGO’s and national nonprofits. She holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from Florida International University, a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Originally from Panamá, Itzbeth identifies as a Black immigrant woman of Afro-Mayan descent, is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English and Portuguese and proficient in French.
