This tool offers ideas about establishing a working agreement and success benchmarks between a new executive director and an organization’s board of directors.  The tool is drawn from RoadMap and Strategies for Social Change’s Leadership Transition Toolkit and may be used to establish goals for the new ED’s work in areas of fundraising, strategic planning, media, collaborations, and management.
