We strive to understand each organizations goals, strategies, structures and cultures in order to help movement organizations win in these tough political times. As such, we are able to engage deeply with clients to provide tailored capacity building that fits their needs and through a framework that both embodies and advances social and racial justice. Additionally, we’ve run programming that makes strategic interventions in service to strengthening our movements and leaders as well as fill gaps in the field.
