What is your approach?
Our insight-driven approach to coaching and organization development leans on reflection, observations, and lived experiences to guide you toward better decisions and more authentic leadership. We help leaders navigate complexity with clarity and integrity and are particularly sensitive to the challenges that leaders of color and those committed to lasting social change face.
How has your experience/background contributed to your work?
We have worked in and with large and small nonprofits and foundations for over 30 years in a wide variety of positions. We bring particular expertise in organizational development and visual design.
