We are network of nearly 90 capacity-builders who love what we do and are committed to staying rooted in social justice and movement building. We strive to understand each organizations goals, strategies, structures and cultures in order to help movement organizations win in these tough political times. As such, we are able to engage deeply with clients to provide tailored capacity building that fits their needs and through a framework that both embodies and advances social and racial justice. Additionally, we’ve run programming that makes strategic interventions in service to strengthening our movements and leaders as well as fill gaps in the field.

Our efforts to match the client with highly skilled consultant options also mean clients can do their own “chemistry check” and feel complete ownership of the process. RoadMap’s services shift depending on the particular goals of the clients, as well as changing needs of the movement landscape and the lessons we garner from our work about what leads to effective, lasting change in habits, behaviors, strategy and practice.
