  • Social Justice Salary Survey-Full Report: In collaboration with the DataCenter and the National Organizers Alliance, RoadMap has produced the download, The Wages of Peace and Justice, a 2012 National Compensation Survey of Social Justice Organizations, which provides invaluable information about salary and benefit trends among community organizing and advocacy organizations and the extent to which these compensation policies reflect social justice values.
  • The Role of the Supervisor: This download offers tools to reflect what supervision means in your organization.
  • Supervision Check-Ins: This download offers a template for doing weekly supervisory check-ins with staff members.
  • Employee Orientation Checklist: This downloadable checklist offers a list of materials new employees should be given when they begin work.
  • Hiring and Interview Tips: This download offers suggestions for things to keep in mind when beginning a hiring process and some general tips for interviewing.
  • Benefits Summary Template: This downloadable template shows a concise format to summarize the key benefits at your organization.
