What do you do as a consultant/coach?
VMC’s HR team work with organizations to strengthen the people and culture function.
What is your approach?
We work with a people-centered, values-aligned, and movement-oriented lens. I’m also deeply interested in leadership and membership development, systems dynamics, and sustainable infrastructure.
How has your experience/background contributed to your work?
My personal lens is deeply informed by my immigrant parents: a father who was a public servant in the public school administration, who was a a mother.
