What do you do as a consultant/coach?
Richael uses their range and tools to work alongside groups addressing complexities. These complexities range from culture-building, new structure formation, theory of change/strategic development, conflict transformation, others, and intersecting/combinations of all of these.
Richael has a reputation as being a tenderhearted movement “fixer.” Typically, groups reach out to Richael with a set of challenges. Their gift lies in understanding the root of these challenges quickly, designing an approach to tend to the roots, staying focus with the approach, and being adaptable when needed.

Richael’s approach is incisive, direct, tender, collaborative, design-centric, accountability-driven, and human-centered.
How has your experience/background contributed to your work?
Richael has been in liberation movements for twenty years. They are trained as a community organizer, licensed as a movement lawyer, initiated as a folk healer, seasoned as a strategist and facilitator, and celebrated as a writer and experiential artist. They are currently a Master of Divinity candidate at Starr King School of Ministry with a concentration in movement chaplaincy.
As a consultant, Richael has worked with thousands of movement formations (locally and nationally, across issues and organizing styles, informally and formally organized). Richael’s depth of experience is one of their most incredible resources to doing powerful work.
