My approach is generative, experiential, body-based and self-directed.
How has your experience/background contributed to your work?
I was an organizer and then director of multiple organizations, some local, like Jews for Racial and Economic Justice (JFREJ) and some national like SURJ.
Relevant certifications or trainings
Dara is certified through the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. Dara studied Somatics with the Strozzi Institute and generative somatics from 2011-2023. In 2013, Dara became a certified Somatic Coach and taught at the Strozzi Institute from 2017-2023.
