What do you do as a consultant/coach?
Elizabeth is a tone-setter, leadership coach, infrastructure geek, problem solver, strategic designer, decision-making guide, documenter, partner and shepherd-at-large. She has helped hundreds of teams around the world communicate with heart, raise serious capital, collaborate and lead. Having been in the trenches with every aspect of organization life, she’s built organizations and projects from the ground up and guided and coached leaders and teams through times of serious strategic transition. With 40 years’ experience at the intersection of resource mobilization, purposeful communications, leadership, and creating the systems and cultures to bring out the best in people, she has led and/or accompanied organizations focused on rights and justice, climate, conservation, education, social entrepreneurship, technology, media, cultural arts, philanthropy and documentary film.
